Is there
more than one version of the Rotana Player?
There are two versions, the Arabic version and
the English version. To obtain the Arabic version
click here, or send an SMS with the word
AROTANA to the specified short code according
to your country.

the content on the Rotana Player for free?
The Rotana Player application and the content preview
are free of charge. However, if you want to
save the content you have to pay the applicable
fees. Please refer to the Billing information
to view
the items’
prices.

How often
is the content on the Rotana Player changed?
The content is updated on a weekly basis. It
is updated automatically when the Rotana player is
activated, or manually when you press the "Update"
option in the options menu.

I clicked
on an item to download but I didn't receive
the content?
This could be due to technical difficulties
from your service provider's side, please try
again. You are not going to be billed for a
failed download attempt.

I keep
on getting "Connection Error"?
This could be a result of your GPRS connection
or because of your mobile setting. Please call
your service provider's customer care division.

I downloaded
the content but I can't find it on my
mobile?
The content is accessible at all times in the
Rotana
Player under "My Archives".

the content but can't seem to store it for use
on my mobile?
Go to "My Archive" and click on the item you
want to view. Go to options, and click save.
Select the folder you wish the content to be
saved under.

I downloaded
a video content and can't seem to view it again
or store it on my mobile?
The video content is categorized as pay-per-view,
meaning you can only view it once, however if
you'd like to view it again, press on the item
again (you will be charged for it again).

Can
I send Rotana Player to another mobile handset
via Infrared or Bluetooth?
No, the Rotana Player is an application that is saved
on the mobile itself and is unique to it. Any
other mobile can easily download the
Rotana Player
via SMS or Internet for free.

How
can I delete the application from my mobile?
Go to the menu option in your mobile set and
choose "manager". You will find the application
name, highlight it and click the cancel button
(c) on your mobile number pad.

Will
I lose the content if I delete the application?
If you chose to delete the Rotana player from your
mobile, any content in the "My Archives" section
will be lost. The content stored on your mobile
set will not be lost.
